Telegram Vs. Whatsapp:

WhatsApp is sure good but does not have the capacity like telegram to contain users that are your customers to view your post. So I prefer telegram

Based on the active users, whatsapp can be better than telegram (because whatsapp users are more than two times than telegram), however, in terms of usability it all depends on how you are using it.

I'll prefer telegram to WhatsApp, reason being that telegram has a better capacity to contain any amount of participants when it comes to team building on it compared to WhatsApp.

Telegram and Whatsapp are popular communication apps used by businesses and individuals these days. These apps are used by businesses as a contact system. Integration of these apps on the business website is easy. By integrating these apps on the website, businesses provide live support to the clients and visitors, it is mandatory to use one of these apps fr your business and business website.

Recently, Telegram announced that it surpassed 500 million monthly active users. According to Statista, Whatsapp has 1.5 billion monthly active users. Based on the number of users on each of these communication app, you might easily pass a verdict saying Whatsapp is better than Telegram. But that is not the case. Some businesses are using multiple communication apps as you can see they are using messenger, whatsapp, telegram, Viber etc. However, some businesses prefer to use one of these apps.

Which communication app do you have for your business? Which one of these two apps do you want to use for live support.
I use whatsapp, that happens to be the best tool so far for my small business.
I do not know how updated the features of telegram is right now, but whatsapp features allow me to post videos and catalogs, create groups and interact with my customers well enough.

I think Telegram has the edge over WhatsApp because of the number of people it can accommodate in it's groups. However, WhatsApp is much more popular than Telegram in my location but I still believe the best social media platform for business is Facebook.

It really seems that whatsapp is truly more popular that telegram. You can have many active users there than you would in Telegram. That is why I always choose whatsapp myself.

honestly for my company the most ok and simplest seems to me whatsapp. I have a group with my people, we talk there, accessible, beautiful design, I can also videocall ...

Signal's security is better than WhatsApp's. Both use Signal's encryption protocol, but whereas Signal's is fully opensource, meaning it can be examined for vulnerabilities by security researchers, WhatsApp uses its own proprietary deployment. ... Telegram does not offer end-to-end encryption by default.
In as much as telegram is a good application to publicise and advertise your business , its also an avenue for fraud and scammers , so i prefer using whatsapp to advertise business.

I use WhatsApp too for my business.
I like the simple, user friendly interface it provides and its features. I use it to interact with clients and advertise products too.

No doubt WhatsApp and telegram are one of the most common platforms. But over here WhatsApp is a far more superior app when it comes to users. For now i would go for WhatsApp

First of all I would like to see that you can always use both. If you want to start with a particular one then it has to be WhatsApp because it is the one that a lot of people use and then it is much more straight-forward as compared to telegram.

Well, the two social media platform possesses quite similar feature but the WhatsApp platform gives more room for users to share their products via the WhatsApp status and contacts could view them. The telegram is good when trying to advance your product and push it across borders , it would be a wise choice to use both platforms for your business.

When you have a business that is going to be concerned with the way in which you actually have to educate your users before they are going to be motivated to buy the product, then you should use telegram. But when it is direct response sales then you should use WhatsApp.

When it comes to business and how one can effectivelly reach out to potential clients, the platform that is more convinient is usually employed. In my own estimation Telegram is more preferable, because of its wide range of audience it can accomodate.

Telegram can't really be used for advertisement because even if you do people won't really trust you because everybody understands telegram to be a social media with high rate of criminal activities.

When it comes to having a very good support system and a way in which you can be able to receive and process orders then it definitely has to be WhatsApp. The application is much more easier to use and it is adopted by a wide variety of people so you do not need to submit your audience.

I still believe that whatsapp is the best out of the two social media platform , though some people might prefer telegram but in prefer posting my product where customers can see it asap

When you want to run a community support system then telegram is actually good because anybody who joined a telegram channel can see messages that have been posted in it before. This means that you are not going to be repeating yourself over and over again.

Depending on your business, most people prefer using telegram as the means of advertising their business but in prefer what's app becuase almost all your customer will be seeing the updates on your product every time.

With The setting of WhatsApp it will be very much appealing for people to continuously used it all the time compared to other social media like telegram. I enjoy WhatsApp than any other social media I'll definitely make it the best for support.
