I think WhatsApp is the best app for businesses,because a lot of people are familiar with the app, also it has a status feature which telegram doesn't have . I think WhatsApp has a upper edge. But it would seem they are facing problems due to privacy issues.

It is very true that WhatsApp is one of the best app to for you to be communicating with your client but one thing that I have discovered that WhatsApp is that it is not a platform for you to get new client but rather for you to maintain communication with your old client.

I usually prefer to use WhatsApp for anything that has to do with communication with clients and also receiving and processing of orders.

What App are far more better than telegram to me, the for this is that you wouldn't be too exposed to scammers in the what's app because those who have your contact can only added you to a group chat unlike telegram which full of scammers whereby thousands of group will appear on telegram app where you won't be able to know which one is legit

I would pick WhatsApp ahead of Telegram when it comes to support system for your business as it is more popular than Telegram. Well my mindset is that I love both WhatsApp and Telegram.

Telegram is preferable to me,it covers a wider audience and have a lot of supportive features that we can use to our advantages,it also have good background check for new members unlike WhatsApp.
