The fact is both apps are good for one's business, that is to promote one's business but to me , WhatsApp is more preferable. I have lots of audience on WhatsApp to give awareness of my products to

Telegram is good for support system than Whatsapp. Telegram can allow many people in a group at once but this attribute is lacking in Whatsapp. Also telegram old messages can still be seen by new comers but in Whatsapp this is not possible.

Despite Telegram having more contacts feature than WhatsApp, the latter is still more popular in their use for business purposes. Most people rarely use Telegram to advertise as compared to the number of people who use WhatsApp.

I don't really fancy using telegram application simple because their are many scammers and fraudsters on the site , so i prefer updating my business on whatsapp.

Telegram is full of scammers and that is what so many people understand telegram to be, and WhatsApp is also a social media that can only accommodate a few number of people except you have their contact. I wouldn't really choose any of them for a serious business.

Telegram is banned in my country and I do not think many people use it, even through a VPN. I think that Whatsapp will be a far much better option for me.
