Whatsapp has an edge over telegram in our country, because so many people are aware and users of whatsapp,while telegram is not as wide spread as whatsapp.
Therefore for my business I prefer the use of whatsapp since the essence is to reach large number of people.

I prefer telegram, so far telegram is the best, WhatsApp Api isn't good at all that's why you hear people saying their WhatsApp crashed, their messages got deleted but on telegram everything is on the cloud, it's fast, safe and secured.

I still find it difficult for me to believe because to me I just consider that the best way you can prove the legitimate of a business is by the quality of the products you are producing for people, without quality product advertisement will be very difficult.
