Is it more stimulating to work for yourself, over working for a bigger organization? If nor or so, why?

There are certain things that would be certainly stimulating when working for yourself, but I wouldn't agree with the thought that everything is a good stimulating thing when working for oneself.

I know to be self employed is good for one because you can be the boss there, but that does not mean that if you get the opportunity to work in a large company you will just abadon the opportunity.

I think that working under a company is better, it is less risky and your company will always have customers if successful and if it is not successful you can simply leave it, but when you are self employed you obviously cannot leave yourself. A self employed is alone and nobody can help him or give a hand if he accomplish mistakes in his business he is completely by himself. A self employed unlike a company's employee cannot take days off and sick days because nobody will pay him on them. The feeling when you are working under a company is more relaxed because there are more people and a boss to help you out if you need so but a self employed is always depending only on himself and it might be disappointing sometimes.

I Will pick the former, I like to be self employed owning my own business and working hard to see it growth this means more to me that receiving a huge monthly income working for a big company.

If you are self-employed, you are very free to your business because no one is tossing you around and if you are employed in a big conglomerate you are not free because your life will be regimented

To be self employed is what most people at my side do to be the boss of other and the also work for higher companies and at the same time running the self employed business.

When youbare self employed , and you have passion for the job your are doing , you will be motivated to work harder because you know that you owns all the profit made from the business.

Working for a large company is more stimulating. This is due to the fact that the working environment is one that would make you to not even have the luxury of free time .

Well, sometimes it depends. working in a company can be stimulating and sometimes is better to be self employed due to some circumstances or reasons of appointment termination at the time you dont expect.

Both of them are very really good if actually you one find their selves in any of this is very good, because been self employment is good, if you also find yourself in any large company is also good too.

Being your own boss is a dream a lot of people have but some will find that they don't like all the responsibility. I think that is what ends up putting people off from it. When you own and run your whole business, you work 24/7, especially in the earlier days of it.

in my self, I like to be self utilized owning my claim commerce and working difficult to see it development this implies more to me that getting a colossal month to month salary working for a huge company. in addition Self-employment is way better than a work in a company. To conclude -the idea that self-employment is superior than working for an institution remains ever far from being obviously true with both having their challenging masters and cons. But selecting a specific course of activity among the two in the long run depends on individual inclinations and suitability.

Working for yourself is one of the most thrilling experience most especially if your area of concentration is succeeding. I'll be so happy because it's not really easy to establish a successful business or company.

There's a joy in being self employment , the feeling of being fulfilled having your own business and controlling your business rather than being control and becoming errand boy for another people.

I personally prefer self employment than working for a large company. A large company can only pay you a certain amount at the end of the month then with time another amount maybe because you are promoted.
When you are self employed, with hard working and dedication, what the business will pay you in due course cannot be compared to what a large company pays.
I prefer to build that business to employ others also.

Being self-employed is very good and also when you have a better paid job in a big company, it is equally good . When you're self-employed, you would have enough time for yourself and will take decision that matters.

working for yourself is more stimulating but the thing is that different things works for different people. I have actually come across some people that say that they are not interested in starting their own businesses but they love working for other people. But personally, if I have the chance to start my own business I will probably do so over working for a big organisation.

Though presently i was working in a private organisation , but i decided to start my own business because I lost my job due to the pandemic and i realises what most workers are facing
Thats the reason why i had to save for two years before starting my own business

The things that is really a beauty while one is working for himself,is that you will have the leverage of working at your own pace, and then you will have the oppourtunity of learning from your own experience and to experiment on lots of things.

Definitely, working for yourself is more fulfilling because you will actually calm down and run your business the way you like and at your own time. If you're working for a big organisation you may actually be making the money but there may not be a job security. But in a situation whereby you have your own business nobody can actually sack you.
