Fiat point. A manager must establish a limit he goes with his subordinates as far as being easy going and jovial is concerned so that he can still maintain some level of formal arangement in the office
My dad always used to say a Manager cannot be a worker's friend, He has to have that air of authority to make his workers do their jobs efficiently. I think this is right as in my last job we had a woman manager who tried to be everyone's friend but people took advantage of her and were often disrespectful. She didn't last long. A Manager can still be polite and friendly but there has to be a boundary so that his workers do not overstep the mark

Excellent @Sincerem, you are absolutely right, the better we are treated by our superiors, with the respect we deserve, honesty, courtesy, etc, it inspires confidence among employees and employers, so we perform our duties with more dedication and dedication.

However, it must show its face when there is a delay in payment, in this way there will be control over the inconvenience of the employees. For this it is of utmost importance to have a good relationship with them, otherwise this type of information will be very annoying and not well received.

Their are lots of good qualities we all expect a manager or boss should have or posses as a leader he or she must be steadfast ,committed, selfless, and God fearing.

The best thing for a boss or a manger is to have a good interpersonal relationship with his or her staff, so that when theiris a delay in payment, there wont be any misunderstanding at work.

How nice that you posted this thread with your "committed, selfless and God-fearing" opinion. These are values that should never be lacking in a superior, and in any human being. They are the most important.

We know that we all count on being paid for our hard work, in the event it is suspended it creates a tense and uncomfortable environment. This can be controlled by a boss only when there is a good relationship.

Very well expressed, I always stick to those values, as they make the difference in a person, what anyone may be looking for before other qualities. And if you are in a managerial position it is more important in these.
