A manager must have good communication skills in attending and relating with his employees and his customers. He must also have good negotiation skill in bargaining with his clients.

This would make the company work in a positive way, since each employee has a potential, the manager must recognize it and take advantage of it in each of them.A manager must be able to bring out best in the worker. He must not discourage them to try something new. All this will help to increase the output at the end of the day.
