How many people are needed for a small scale business, according to you?
Do you feel that the type of business also matters when recruiting people?
I have seen a business running successfully with four people. They usually try to get everything done efficiently. If it's some shop management, a single person can do that as well.

Anyway, do you feel like at least 2 folks are needed for a business?

Since it's small scale the number of employees you will employ will be few, the profit you make will determine how many employees you can afford to pay

Depending on how small the business is and what kind of business it is, the number of people working shouldn't be more than 3 at the maximum

The answer to this type of questions depends a lot on the type of business you want to create. Some businesses only require 2 people while others might require 10 people even if they are a small business.

I think one can start a business but for it to flourish you need people with more expertise than you in other fields like marketing or accounting. this is what I have facet with mine.

This is due to work if it is simple, that does not need a large number of workers, it will be 3 or 2

It also depends on the business you have and what you have to do in that business, I recommend 4-5 people, after the business grows you put more people in that business and you will have a very good profit, but with time ;)

If it is a betting shop..you might need maximum of 4 people cos customers wants to be payed fast and also wants quick staking .but if it is a bar..I believe 2 people are ok

Yeah exactly, the type of business you are running we determine the number of employees you have. And the work small scale is relative.

I think the type and volume of your business determines the number of employees you need to recruit.
New business owners should be careful about recruitment. You need to minimize expenses and do some tasks yourself.
Personally I'll just start with just 1 or 2 employees since I can do most stuffs myself. I'll upscale with time.

You don't need 4 people for a betting shop. I've visited lots of betting shops and most of them have a maximum of 2 employees per agency. Unslees you are talking about a medium or big casino you don't need more than 2 persons

Yes I am talking of a medium betting shop and that's why I said the minimum or max is 4 staffs any number above is for big agencies

The nature of business is just the key factor that determines the number of people to be employed and most times it could even be base on hourly basis especially when you are just growing the business.

My grandfather spent many years working alone in his business, my brother the same, but there are businesses where there must be at least two people. While one serves the client, the other is pending. It all depends on the type of business and the space between you and the client.

It depends on the number . But i think it's a less than three peoples's work

It depends on the business. Some businesses can be efficiently run by one person, some need more than one person. Feasibility study before starting any business should reveal the amount of people needed for the business

I think this depends on the nature of business you call a small scale Business. If the business doesn't require too much of attention, one person is okay then

It depends on the success of the business, only if it can pay the other staffs and still remains stable

The first thing you need to consider is what type of business is it and how wide is the business
This will determine if you need workers and how many workers you need
