MOTIVATING A SKILLED EMPLOYEE

Thanks for bringing up this discussion as some employer doesn't value the input effort made by their employees. In Nigeria, laws that protects employees are been neglected.
If you really want to motivate an employee, make sure there allowance or salary payment dates are paid accordingly. If there should be bonuses, make sure you do pay.
