Managing staff(s) in a key section of your company.

It can be really simple it depends on how you choose to handle it, once you designate a task to someone how the person wants to carry out the task shouldn't concern you as long as it is done

I think that the transfer becomes necessary when I believe that they are not performing well or they will perform better in another place but after that I am fine with them staying in one place.
 
Every business should have a better managing strategy, especially in terms of the staff well-being,it is important to look after the staff
 
Managing staffs should be the most important thing to do in an organisation that's why we have the Human resource personnel management as a section to handle that. A staff wrongly handled could solely bring down the positive reputation of a company and the company will be on the loosing side.
 
I believe that you should always keep staff in a certain position as long as they are relevant to the particular department so that they will be used to it and not transferring them as a slightest instance.
 
It is very important to manage those who are handling the case section of the business very well to ensure productivity. Little effect in those areas will take a great impact on the company.
 
You can choose to retain staffs at a particular position or you can swap them due to performance level.
 
Do everything within your capacity to motivate the workers that are holding key important area in your business. Make sure you pay them handsomely so that they will work out for your business.
 
Promoting a staff to another department does not really depends on how long such staff has been serving in a particular department, but it depends on his impact and contributions and his ability to make a business archive it's goal
 
I believe that every staff should be able to get a taste of what is going on at the different sectors in the company. It should be well planed tho, I'd say every year

Well in organizations like that you need to really know how well they are working as a team and an individual sometimes for security reasons you need to break up teams but if a team is good together let them be together

Nice topic; the account and security unit needs constant rotation,I have been in a warehouse unit and I know the level indecency that happens at this unit.

This is true because when it become too familiar with the position or unit you tend to do all engage and fraudulent activities without being caught easily because they are used to the terrain.
 
For as long as they're willing to work with the vision your organization is running with, I'll advise you don't change them.
Consider the cost of retraining them especially if you move them to a department that's not familiar or they're naive in that field.
 
Clear and concise communication is absolutely essential to manage employees.
and Creating a comfortable and friendly work environment is also key to effective management. Little things can go a long way: Provide employees with a well-stocked break room full of coffee, tea and water, make sure employee restrooms are routinely cleaned, allow employees their requisite breaks and lunch periods and greet your staff as you meet them in the mornings, in the hallways and as they leave for the evening.
 
Well I think that staff management is a very important factor of any organization and if a staff is good with his position or he performs well then I don't think they should be changed
 
I think staff should remain in a department that suits their strengths as it will lead to specialisation and faster delivery of tasks. Constant reposting of staff to different departments might affect their productivity as they will need time to adapt.

You can only transfer The staff on the grounds that he or she isn't performing well or based on requests.
In some companies, people in various departments remain there until any reason brings about their transfer.
 
Transferring isn't really a good idea for the company's uprunning and existence. What about a particular staff doing so well in a particular department, will you now switch him/her just because he or she has taken long in a particular position?
 
It depends on your analysis about the competency of the staff in doing the job ,if you could see that there is actually some perfection ,it dosent matter the time or period you can actually transfer the staff
