Managing staff(s) in a key section of your company.

The transfer of a worker from one section to the other, depends on his performance in that particular section either successful or not. But sometimes the most performing worker are not transferred either promoted in other to strengthening the department.

If you are a business owner and you have so many people working under you, you need to learn how to manage your workers as well. managing a business is not just about making sales
 
Well I'm sure it will depend on their performance. That is what most business managers and owners used to know how Long an employees is meant to be in a particular business organisation or position.
 
As you have said in an organisation, consist of section and is required to be managed and carried out based on specialisation of duty. You can not involve someone who lacks knowledge in account to account for a department so also In other departments.
 
To manage staffs in your company or organisation you have to build a good relationship with your staff, communicate more, encourage them and look out for their welfare also
Why do one want to transfer a staff that is doing well for the company I don't see any reason why such should be done if you do it's might even affect the company you can only do this when he needs to help another branch or the staff is acting up

I will definitely keep a staff that is performing very well in a particular position. I will change the staff of he/she is not discharging his/her duties properly as stipulated.

The best way to go about it is by letting the serious working staff work as head of departments , so they can monitor the unserious ones and report them if they are not doing their job.

Keeping the staffs that are doing well in a particular position is very good for the growth of the business. You will be able to make more money when you have competent staffs.
 
Your ability to be able to better manage your stuff in a facility is definitely one of the things that you should take in high regard because they are always supposed to be kept happy so that they are going to be motivated to the work.
 
Making the staff to be able to understand the company goals and also have they can be able to concentrate in achieving it is one of the best ways that you can be able to succeed as a manager.

I know when it comes to a lot of larger companies, they will often hire just about anyone which leaves a constant need for workers as people are always slacking off or quitting.

I believe I'm specialization, if an employee is good at a department then I don't see why he should be moved I would only move someone who is not functioning well and I feel will function better in that department.
Exactly, when an employee is functioning as they should and they are yielding results for the company in a particular position they are in, I don't see any need why they should be moved or removed, I couldn't Increase their pay though but removing is not an option for me.
 
When the management and the staff of the company are doing well , that means the management of the company are working Hand in hand with the workers to acheive a great goal.
 
In my owns, as you said in accounting, each department has its own kind of work and marketing. Accountants will not move to marketing unless they apply. Nevertheless, marketing has a different area than accounting, so transfer needs to be studied. It is best for employees to specialize in their unit.
 
I do not see the need for you to transfer a staff from one section to another because most of the staff you will be employing into your business will always be an expert in their own field. They should be allowed to remain there.
 
When a staff performs well in their duties, they generally remain in the department they are in. They do not change it unless the worker requests the change for compelling reasons, or they give him a promotion in the department and place someone else.
You are always going to be meeting different kind of people along the way and that might prove to be very difficult for you especially if you are managing a large amount of people.
 
This is why I highly recommend that you should form a good relationship with the people around you as well. This should be something that is to be done with people who believe in the company.
 
I have come to understand that having a good relationship with your stuff is probably the best thing that you are going to do towards making them to work better and understand the company.
