Managing staff(s) in a key section of your company.

I think it is important that the owner of the business shows a very good example to staffs in key positions of the business. Because it is important they imitate your strategy for the business success.

I believe I'm specialization, if an employee is good at a department then I don't see why he should be moved I would only move someone who is not functioning well and I feel will function better in that department.
I agree with you with I'm managing staff is a key selection of a business because most people who do not really have the ability to manage staff.
 
For sensitive and key positions, I would keep my staff for lifelong, if they trust me and I trust them. I don't see any point changing them frequently because over the years they will get so much efficient in the work that they will become asset for the company.

I wonder if it is true that most people do not really have the ability to manage the staff. You can only say that if you had been under a bad manager several times. Maybe you are just over reacting.
 
Staffing of employees is the duty of th Human resource manager. But in a situation where there is none, it can be problematic if the person utilizes all his efforts but does not get a tiny reward. If not promotion, at least something monetary should be made. This is what an educating sector does.
 
You need to manage those who are holding the key position in your company properly. The old the pillar of a business and they can do whatever they like to eat it. Treat them well so that you don't have problem in your business.
 
For every business manager, it is very important to know how to manage the staff in your business establishment so as to achieve the purpose for which the business was established.
 
I think transfer has to do with your discipline, professional qualifications and area of competence to department that are relevant to you. Not just doing reshufflement for the sake of it.

Staff management is one of the most important Factor in business. The interest of our staff should always be born in our minds. The staff at the company and without them your business will have strived the way it has over the years. Disputes among them should be settled amicably. They should be paid well and the ideas and Innovation should be taken into consideration because they matter 2 the company as much as the customers do.

Good advice, it would make the work alot more easier and of cause better results would be achieve as well, since that is their field, there would be an easy flow of work

Apart from the management, workers are the life wire of every business. If you want the best result, treat them well and you will see the effectiveness of building a strong work team. They are humans and not machines without feelings, if you must use them, provide also for them
 
If those section of the staff at the reason why your business will always survive, then you have to treat them with extra care and also always make sure that their welfare is being taken care of
 
It is good to know how to manage your staff in the key section of your business as tour staff are the backbone behind the success of your business.
 
It can be really difficult working with humans especially if you're in Africa,you're young and you have people working under you that are older than you
 
Till date, some managers do not realize how important paying attention to workers need can affect total workers productivity in a positive light!
 
I can remember in my former place of work, I handled the technical unit where we had over 5 staffs working with me. These guys were serious headache to me, managing people is not easy.
