Managing staff(s) in a key section of your company.

Definitely but he should also be assisted by someone who is also competent next to him because in the future he could get a better offer and leave .
There is always a strategy employed by most companies whereby they employ a new staff to learn from a well experienced one so that if the person retires or unavailable, someone can replace him

Allow me to first begin by saying that the welfare of your stuff in each organisation should be your priority but there are those whose positions are very key and sensitive and those ones should be taken very serious as such
 
A better human resources manager will.want to keep.their best brains for the best jobs and Increase productivity. I see no reason why you will want to quick to replace them just yet. They should stay in their posts a while longer I guess
 
I think here trust would play an important role, not everyone is a bad person if you ask me, some employees treat the affairs of their companies like it's their personal affairs
I agree, I don't see any reason to keep shuffling in and out employees because you think they have stayed too long in a post. If they are doing a good job, keep them.
 
In every organizations there are different sections and some of the sections are highly sensitive, if you are into product or service business you will have the account sections, marketing , human resources , security etc. In your opinion how long should one keep the staff(s) in sensitive position before transfer to another.?
I don't think keeping staff in a sensitive positive ion is a problem since the staff is doing well over there,I could only think of how to change the staff position only if he or she fail to perform.
 
I believe I'm specialization, if an employee is good at a department then I don't see why he should be moved I would only move someone who is not functioning well and I feel will function better in that department.
Management staff most times in an organisation will be very difficult especially when the organisation is a smaller one but with departmental structure and also motivating of workers the organisation will be run smoothly.

Definitely but managing organizations is best to test with small organizations so that you know the challenges in it which could help when you expand.or upgrade.
 
There re lot of requisites for running a successful business and managing staff is one of them. Some companies, especilly big companies, they have a whole department to mange staff.

definitely true there are some sections in businesses that are very vital and sensitive and the people that should be employed there should be experts in that area.
 
I do not even think that the regular transfers is even that necessary. You should just ensure that you always do out for skill and appoint the most skilled persons.

Sire, bringing their morale down will slow the work input of the company. We should always treat our employees with humor and allow them contribute to the business course too.
 
Motivating staffs that old critical positions in the company is very important because they are the engine of the company or business generally. Experience is needed to properly manage them.

I think I quite agree with you on this . It is good that employees are subjected to get knowledge in other sections of the business in order to opt in for another section when there is need

When a staff performs well in their duties, they generally remain in the department they are in. They do not change it unless the worker requests the change for compelling reasons, or they give him a promotion in the department and place someone else.

Managing staff is very important in a company to enable it grow it is one of the essential areas that every manager I must concentrate in another to help his company grow.

In some cases the management wants to see how well they can discover a utility worker or staff,reason for such rotation,so that you don't have someone so efficient in just a particular area of the job and when a vacuum is created that needs to be filled,then no one can fit in.
