Land for sale in a rural community

I lost count of people telling me about their land and properties in the rural area. The lands are over 12 hectare and are in a open area.

We have too issues right now. First is to sell the land and the other is to lease the land for farmers.

Which would you guys prefer.

The better one is to lease the land to Farmers then go for survey, certificate of ownership and deed of occupancy.these will hito sell at better price in future.

It is better to lease the land to farmers. They work the land you own and you will have monthly earnings, as long as these workers keep producing, which can be for many years. And you will continue to have the lands in the future, if you sell them surely the profits are low and you will no longer be able to take advantage of them.
