Yes it's true that's just the reason people will always be interested to make any of their investment in the Urban settlement because of the large influx of people, generally it is not even a wise decision to invest in the rural settlement.. because I don't see any advantage. what about you ?

I thinkiwhen it comes to the issue of real estate invetment in infrastructure it would be very much ok to do that in the city where there are high population indext.But if its for agro business and large scale production proceses then the rural area would be the best.

Recently there have been so many rural areas under development hence, do you think people would choose rural areas just for agro related purpose alone?

There are a lot of things involved when one wants to choose a location for his agro business,especially if its in large scale.Some basic infrastructure like good road network and other facilities will go a long way to help in that regard.

I was looking at it in parspective,the business involve might have scale of production,and capacity matters here,if its a small to medium capaciy production getting a place around the city would be ok.But a larger scale agricultural production would need larger expanse of land,like cultivation of food produce and processind and vaue added chain lines,these things need large area of production to operate.

But come to think of it ,have you seen an individual establishing a factory in the village before ? I believe no, the reason is because the location is not conducive enough for business to boom, everyone are always looking for a location especially in the Urban settlement... If I may ask will you choose to establish your business in the rural settlements ?

There is definitely a bad effect when an exodus happens like rural folks would flock to the city. The farms are neglected and the city is congested with rural folks who have no jobs. Some of them moved to the city to avoid the rebels or the criminals. Some thought that life in the city is easier so they go there to be beggars. Most of the rural lands are converted into industrial land like factory for cement. If only people will stay where they are then the economy would be stable.

That is also the trend in our country. It is funny that the government had a project of bringing back the rural folks to their home provinces. They are given free transport and seed money to start a business in their rural home. But after a year those rural folks would come back to the city.

Like you said, rural urban migration has I pros and cons. One of the pros being that it leads to fast development of urban areas and it's cond include it makes this same urban area congested.

Real estate Business has experienced a tremendous growth over the years that is partly fuelled by rural urban migration. Such movement from rural areas to urban areas paved the way for more development for the urban areas because the new people that are coming in needs accomodations and it's the job of the real estate sector to deliver accommodation for them.
This has led to most rural area dwellers selling their property like land to developers that tends to transform most of these rural areas into urban areas with rapid development.
Nowadays, it's not uncommon to see more than 5 people staying in a room together thereby congesting the room and at large the city.
Rural-urban migration has it's pros and it's cons, we just have to try and reduce it to the barest minimum.

There would continue to be rural to urban migration and thereby leading to overpopulation in the cities so what we can do is to make a good living for ourselves and try to get comfortable houses.

Well, rural urban migration, has some negative impact of the rural society and much positive impact on the urban society even though it lead to the congestion or over concentration of the people in the rural area and it makes the demand for estate to be very high and expensive to procure.
