Well, people management in business, is also refer to as personel management which helps the entrepreneur to be able to conduct and utilize the ability of the workers through relationships for the attainment of a set goal.

As a manager who is going to have subordinate and people who are going to be under you, you should have the simple ability to be able to manage people and also to be able to assign and track roles. So far as I've seen managers they were doing their job and were managing their employees as needed, I hope that there are more managers in Israel who are doing their job so their businesses wouldn't go bankrupt, because a business with a manager who is not managing his employees is a business that is stand to go bankrupt with the time.
