Is it must to hire employees that believe in your mission and vision statement?

It’s not to must to hire someone that believes in your mission or vision statement but it’s necessary,it will help relief you of certain stress and reduce some difficulty and effort because it appears like you have the same passion as the person you hired

Yes it is good to have employees who believe in the vision of the business owners mission, experience employees are the stars of the business despite the challenge that the business may face,, cooperation and love matters alot in the business.
 
While employed employees as an employer there's some things you need to consider especially your vision and your mission if you cannot connect your mission and vision to them there is no how the 1/4 cup they will mess your business up it is always very important to get people to work for you and communicate your mission to them and your vision because if you don't do that they will crumble your business at the end of the day and you will end up going on a big loss.
 
It is good to hire an employee or you have a big organisation where we you cannot work or handle all the work alone it is a plus to your business if you hire an employee that also believe in your vision and mission statement such employee will also work towards achieving the goals for your business.

I think that the consideration of a worker's dedication to the job and the vision for the job is a must because it will determine the level of commitment and dedication that they show as well which will ultimately affect the quantity and the quality of their work whilst they are with the company.
 
Vidiob and mission which are always stated before a business starts are what we call the objective and aims of the business. So it very advisable to work with those who will promote your vision.
 
I disagree with the title especially with the word Must. If the applicant is an expert in the position he is applying for but he does not believe in the mission and vision of the company do you think he cannot do the job? Is it better to hire an incompetent applicant but who believes in the mission and vision of the company?
 
Look dear new employees don't know exactly about your goals or mission. At the time of interview you should tell them about your goals and then judge them through their qualifications, through their interest in the job and dedication towards work.
 
The only reason for hiring someone with your vision is just to make sure that you achieve your goals and the business aims on time. It is better to work with someone who share the same vision as urs.

How will you even know if they have the same believe In your mission and vision statement unless you employ themand screen how they relate to the business! but I don't think some aspect is considered in that aspect for example what's the business of a security or cleaner with vision statement in an oil nd gas company.?

I know some companies that place so much emphacy on their mission and vision statement and sack employees who don't observe them.

looking at it from another perspective, some top tech companies are guilty of such an act too. Most don't communicate or remind the employees what the company stand for and why they are in business. Some management don't even abide by the vision and mission statement.

I believe it I important to hire an employee that believe in your mission and vision for the progress of the company because you will both be facing towards the same direction and you wont need go start training and bending him to your own taste,
 
Yes I think being skillful is an added advantage and companies do consider that before hiring someone.for a company that is just starting,you will need an employee who believe in your vision.

Wait, if you don't hire those who believe in your mission and vision statements, who are the right employees to hire then? This is a question that is very funny and whimsical to ask. But to answer you, it is a must to employ people that believe in your vision and mission statement.
 
It is a must and it is very important in business to have employees that trust and that keys into your vision and mission. The business needs those that understand the vision.
 
Can two work together except they agree?, it is important to hire people with the same vision as yourself because they would be able to see things from your own perspective, also be able to come up with innovative ideas or solutions to crisis when they arise.
 
It is not a must for your employees to believe in your vision.
All you need from your employees is dedication and hard work.
But the best thing is for your employees to believe in your vision. That will grow the business in a positive way
 
The most important things to follow are the mission and vision set up by the company, every employee should be mandated to always keep them in mind as these are the only things that would cause a great development for the company as regards profits, marketing, co-ordination and general improvement.
