Is it must to hire employees that believe in your mission and vision statement?

Every person you hire for your company must support your organization's mission and vision, but it's not required that they do.

It does not neccesary mean you should be looking for people that have the same vision and mission statement like you , because I believe people will change their belief once they start working with you .
 
It is a must unless you want to jeopardise the growth and success of the business. Only hire people that believe in the vision and mission of your business if you want to succeed in it
That is right. Your workers need to believe in what your business is all about. That way, they will always strive to do the right thing that will make the business a success. It is so hard to run business with people who don't believe in what they are doing.
 
It is definitely the best but the problem is that every employee that you would be interviewing will always admit that they are interested in your company's vision and mission and most times, it's just so they can get the job.
 
It is going to be a very grave mistake for an organization to hire an employee that doesn't believe in the company goals. What is the employee doing in the organization in the first place. It is when the employees accept and digest the company missions and goals that they can run with it.

This mistakes some companies make when it comes to hiring people that works for them because they are looking at cutting the cost or salary that day those people and they would hire those that doesn't really believe in the company but only interested in the money.
 
An organization's culture and team are more likely to be successful in reaching its goals if it hires workers who share its values and objectives. Also, by having people that represent the company's objectives and vision, consumers and other stakeholders will be better aware of them.
