Is it must to hire employees that believe in your mission and vision statement?

A lot of companies and even public institution have forgotten these principle, that's why you'll walk into some places and you'll see the employee less focused on their jobs

It is very compulsory to hire someone inwhich whose vision lies with yours. Hiring someone with different motives does not do good to you
 
You can hire a skilled labour with better offer but will they give their all for your business to grow?

yes at all times! It is only an employee that believes in the mission and vision of the company that will strive to archive such goals. anyone in disagreement or doubt might bring a out a drag in the entire work force.

I think is very good to hire someone that is skilled into your business or company in order to handle it properly, so hiring such person to your business is nice.
