It depends on each individual, some people do not want to just sit idle and depend on others when they still have strength so they still move on to other works after retirement. It may not even be a paying job, it may be a voluntary work. While some prefer to just rest and enjoy or travel.

It depend on you if you are physically fit and are start to your work after retirement you can manage it But some people do not have any plan to work after retirement.they sit only idle and spend their time free.I think work after retirement is necessary for a man so that he busy themselves and earn some money and live in simple life

Yes i think it's a good idea to still have work after retirement but not as hard as before. Im thinking about business even a small one. Where the retired individual is actually interested and can do it as a hobby so they can already relax while still earning. Plus it will weaken them if they just suddenly stop but the enjoyment and satisfaction comes first.

Sure, strength is a main factor to consider when people are planning whether or not to work after retiring. Some people do not rest when they are younger and builds illness which might make them idle in the house after retirement.

Definitely dear you should do work after retirement because at that point of time you have enough capital that you can start a business easily. Work keeps you healthy and rest make you lazy and unhealthy. On the other hand if you don't do any business all your money may go waste.
