Yes, it is not easy to create your own business and make money. For you can work for other businesses and make money. The first requirement to work for others is to develop skills. If you have skills you can easily be self employed.

It is easier said than done. In order to become self employed you need to be exceptionally talented, your idea needs to be very noble, you must be doing everything in the right way and for a lot of people this does not happen. I started my first business when I was still in college, sadly my business failed. If I was exceptionally talented and if I succeed I would have become an example. LOL

Exactly. It is easy to say. But the obvious truth though is that one had to think outside the box in the world we are in today because waiting in a white collar job isn't helping

On twitter today I saw a kid of 16, claims she makes $46k selling stuffs on her Instagram page.

So I checked it out, like anyone else would do and well it seemed legit.
Am just like a year and half older than her right now.

But well I guess I wasn't exposed like she was. Am really happy for her and it motivates me alot, I mean lots of teens this days complain of not having enough money when opportunity

If others are earning big via online sites, i can do same.

That is true, we all have that dream business we wish to start but capital won't let us. You can find something else to do that would help you generate capital for your startup, then later you can focus on what you really want too do

Creating work for most people is not easy as we think because they lack the money to start a business on their own, almost every body is business oriented but have financial challenges.

Valid ideas! But you don't just wake up and create your own! It takes series of experience and capital to do that I guess! So much I want to be self-employed but there's some barricades I have to cross.

Most of us would want to create jobs for ourselves and for our fellow youth but at the end of the day you will discover that creating a job needs a lot of capital to so we do not have that kind of a capital outlay to create a job.

I like what you wrote, I think it is important not to be a statistic, in the long run, you have to be an employer of labour not be part of the labour force, not everyone understands that or have that mentality, and that is why unemployment rate will keep increasing.

It is not as easy as you see it.
A lot of people have that willingness to start their own businesses, but its either they are faced with the challenge of finances or they are too greenhorned about it.

A lot of youths find it difficult to get employed and in a situation like this you can't let your skills go down the drain because there are better and bigger ways of gaining wealth. Meanwhile, most people in my country especially the eastern part don't even wait to be employed because it's not their tradition to work under someone, instead they believe in setting up their own business no matter how little they start and sure this paves way to becoming wealthy over few years with the right strategies put in place. The unemployment rate in my country is alarming and people don't even wait to be employed any longer.

A lot of youths complain about lack of jobs and money but the truth is that many of them are actually very lazy. I have a friend and i know how many times i've introduced her to one of two online business and she keeps making excuses yet she complains of not having money.

If really you have the opportunity to work in the government job is very good but if actually you don't have, you can actually create one business for yourself so that you cannot be struggling looking for one.
