a manager can enforce discipline at workplace when he or she is also discipline because a leader lead by example and you are being respected when you are also maintaining discipline.Maintaining discipline and decorum in the workplace is very important for both business growth and individual growth. A manager can maintain discipline in the workplace by being principled in doing his job.

I believe that if the employer does his own part well towards the employee , it will force the employee to give his best towards the success of the business .It's true that there should be a cordial relationship between the employer and the employee. The employer should instill discipline in the area of the employee's attitude to work. He shouldn't joke with what will affect the business negatively
A good leader is a role model which means he should be the first to behave properly so that when there is an erring employee he can scold or give a polite reprimand that is worth the ear of the employee. How can you scold a smoker is you are smoking yourself?He must ensure that he’s behaving good and he’s also mot lacking in any aspect so that he will be able to correct any employee under him whenever they do anything unacceptable
