Hiring A Lazy Employeee! Hard Working Employee vs Lazy Employee

Hiring a lazy employee in your business is like pouring water inside a leaking bowl. A lazy employee will not contribute any meaningful thing to the progress of the business.

Bepending on the business all the kinds of business that will determine the kind of staff to employ the reason I said so is because I once heard a quote by Jeff Bezos the reason why he likes lazy workers because does you have different ways of getting the work done fast because they are lazy so all type of workers has their advantages and disadvantages.

I agree with the bad effects of a lazy employee on the business operation. However, it is not easy to spot a lazy employee. It will take months and maybe even years before you can determine the behavior. Most of the lazy employees that I know are good in hiding their bad trait.

No serious company will likely to employ lazy people into a business but most of the time they will not be able to detect who is a lazy people before they employ them.
 
Lol. This is funny enough. I have never heard of this but it could be true. I have always believed that hardworking employees pays the most and they work all round clock to get job done as soon as possible.
 
That is just one of the things I will do even if they are competeor not,i will just offer them what they need to finish on daily basis before they go, this will help so much since everyone will be looking for the best way to finish up their own

I agree with you. Lazy employees are not willing to work but very much willing to receive a lot of money. Hardworking people really works hard in order to receive their hard earned money. They are willing to sweat out and not to be lazy.

Until I have an experience with a lazy employee when am also an employee as well and the person device a means to do a work with less stress that is the only reason why I will hire a lazy employee when I become a boss
 
I keep asking myself why Big companies keep lazy Employees. A CEO of Top Tech company once said he will hire the laziest of all employees to do the hardest Job reason being that such employees due to their nature will device an easier way or technique to get the Job done which tend to be more effective and efficient using less productive hours. Most big companies outdere use this method to get job done because it's cost effective while maintaining the quality as specified by the job description. I once experiment this and the result was awesome ever since and I also noticed some companies have a ratio of lazy Employees they keep at work which ranges from 10% -20% of the total working employees.

I do not see any advantage in hiring a lazy employee no one ever because a lady employee would definitely drag down the productivity of any business venture as they would not want to do any work but they will really want to get paid for doing nothing.
 
Hard working employee will always be a boost and an asset to your business because he will always be working towards the betterment of the company while a lazy officials will always draw back the business.

Lazy employees are not actually lazy , but they don't like the work they are doing. So ,they can be a liability to the company's perspective. Hard workers are an asset for sure and they can contribute positively to the development of a company or a business.

There is nothing tactical or progressive about an employer hiring or seeking the services of a lazy employee at his place of business. I will not hire a lazy employee but a hard working one instead

That is right. You will never know who is a lazy or hard working employees if you have never hired them to work for you. After hiring them you observe who is lazy and who is not.
But sometimes they always say that lazy people are actually the best because most of them will be looking for the most easiest way they can use to solve most of the complicated problem in a business organisation.
