Yeah that's it, like it or not there's no easy way that you can earn money (online or offline) it's a gradual process one step in front of the other, and it only takes a deciplined individual to earn money online.

Yes. To make money either offline or online, hard work is needed. However, knowledge can minimize the amount of work one has to do to make money online. And consistency make work easier. If you done something over and over again for quite sometime, the thing will become part of you to the extent you'll no longer refer to it as hard work

Well from his explanation it may not really be profitable as I see. It is something you can also give a trial to confirm this yourself if it's worth your time or not. I think the payment amount will be determined by the amount of viewers you have
