Have you ever written a complaint letter?

All the compliant letter I have been written are always directed to the banking system because i am always having one problem or the other with the bank because of unecesary charges.

Well I have once written down a complaint letter to an organisation though it wasn't about there services provided but the attitude and behaviour of their workers towards there own customers and it was considered.

A friend of mine just wrote a complaint letter yesterday because his money was deducted twice because he wanted to print his NIMC card online and his mkney was removed twice , he couldn't download and finish printing, his money was not returned and his complaint was not attend to because there's no reply.

The letter of complaint is not a comon thing here in my country. Particularly if you are used to the local banks on Nigeria. The banking network is very bad and it always leave room for letter writing.

Same thing with me , i have been having many complain with only my bank, most of the time when they deduct your money unecesarily and they won't even return the money.
