Have you ever written a complaint letter?

Writing letters of complaint are a favorite exam task. Have you ever actually written a letter of complaint? What was the result?

The last one that had written was not a letter but an email that was forwarded to a drug agency about an expired drugs that I have purchased when I wanted to treat malaria. About five of the drugs have already expired.

Well, I always purchase medicine after looking at the expiry date of the medicine or drug. Consuming expired drugs could be deadly and this is why I always advise people to first see the expiry date of the product and then buy it.

I don't think I've ever written a complaint letter myself, never really had to. I have emailed support a lot at various sites, and that I view as a complaint in some ways. But I never written an outright complaint to any company or brand. But if I need to, i will do it.

What I actually experienced with purchasing those drugs was a little bit different because on the drug packet, the expiry dates are still intact as the drugs have not expired but when I open the drugs, they have already expired inside because they broke into pieces in the packet as I opened them.
