It is correct @GIFTMICHAEL , in my workplace every 6 months such evaluations are performed, agreements are reached and if there should be any change the decision is made at the time. By this I mean promotions, bonuses or other benefits for the employee.That's true dear, if they can come up with such notion, it will be worthy enough. At least they'll all express their feelings, and what they need, and what is needful for the company's growth.
