You are correct @Mayox25 , these are some of the points to assess to perform employee promotion. The skills acquired are very important, because if you get the promotion these will have to put them into practice, apart from the experience for the years.

Extraordinary achievements are evaluated in my offline job, and these carry a high score in the evaluation. This is done every 6 months to assess the commitment and improvement of employees.

The criteria for promotion is to have a standard guide. It is not good to promote an employee because he comes early or someone who is well-groomed. The criteria is all about the job and the performance on that particular job.
