Wow! And you can't quit the job. Today the only solution! and another thing is at your work if you don't have time for yourself and the kind of yah given to you had no value to you, I think its a waste of time! My opinion though. but I don't think there's any thing you can do.
You might be right, or let me say you might be, what if the job is paying you well, what I can just say is that trust your instincts, once you are not comfortable somewhere, try out other places, your health is Paramount

You are really occupied during the day, but you should try and make use of your early morning and night before going to bed, after you close for the day, take a little works around your house and go and take a cold bath, do small exercises in the morning before going to work.
