Dealing with stress at workplace

Actually dealing with stress is not easy and it has so much bad effect on our health and sometimes lead to our downfall. it's necessary to always makes some time for yourself to have a rest and feel from work.

Giving of break time multiple times during the work is something that should be largely encourage. It must not be something that is going to take a lot of time but anything between 10 to 20 every 3 hours is okay.
 
I'll try as much as possible to take a break when necessary. Personally I will not be able to withstand more stress if my pay is not good. So many business organisation do not care about the health status of employee even when the payment is small.

in this case there's nothing to do than to take a day off. if you are stressed up you can't be able to do what's expected of you. I suggest you just take a day off.
That is the reason some organisation do give their workers a day off so that they can be able to refresh and relax so that the contineous work operation would not weigh them down.

I would advise that you should not ever miss out on your breaks even if you think it will help you catch up on some work. Importantly, so that it wouldn't take a toll on your health, do not joke with your sleep and exercise.
Stress is not good for your health that is why is not really good to stress yourself too much at your working place, you should never miss to take break during break period, so that you can some rest.

The only way i know that you can used in managing stress at your workplace I having time for resting on your work time table just to ease the stress and refresh the body .
