Customer's Weakness

Every customers are always right. No one is perfect but I have never seen a customer that does not claim a right when arguing. Some customers are so abusive in nature. Furthermore, we have some customers who lack manner of approach, they treat the attendant to their service like a trash.

Customers weakness can be as a result of low quality of goods and also poor customer service. Once a customer notices this when they come to purchase your product, they wont be motivated to buy, also poor packaging is another factor. A weak customer is an unhappy customer that is not satisfied with your products.
 
Disorganized.
Self-critical/sensitive.
Perfectionism (note: this can be a strength in many roles, so be sure you have an example of how perfectionism can be a problem to demonstrate that you've thought deeply about this trait)
Shy/Not adept at public speaking.
 
The most important weapon to getting your customer's weakness is your ability to make them trust you completely. This is the easiest way to get your customer to believe whatever you tell or advice them to do is to their advantages.
 
The weakness lies in making choice, customers are always have that problem of choice making they can be so intransitive.

This is convincingly true. Everyone no natter how highly placed or lowly placed still wants to be regarded and made to have that few moments of exhilaration. Treating people so well especially when covering up as a sales person is essential to closing a sale.

We have alot of customer weakness first and foremost we some customers that have sweet month mostly when they want to buy credit they will say all solt of and if you your self fall in such customer hand you are on your own.
 
Every business needed one or two product or good to make customers or the consumers artrat to that you product si that tommorow they will come back again looking for you and al so detemined tje way you threat the and the way you address them
 
One thing i know is that being able to convince your fellow human to do things your ways or buy your products is a magic that needs to be studied. On a serious note now, convincing customers isn’t very easy. You’ve to figure out the best approach that works for you. Sometimes, it works sometimes it doesn’t but most times employees with good sense of humor tends to attract more customers.
 
I think the method you listed up there is just a bait by the employee or workers to use to.lure in more customers into their business and make their own sales. This is a approach as this make the customers feel more important with the good customer relationship the workers are adopting
 
Do not blame the other of business for taking advantage of customers weakness. Customers try to outsmart business owners so as to get what they need. Good business men take advantage of this and offer stuff like coupon which make customers to buy more than they need so as to get one free or even a price discount
 
I think the after sales service will play a big part in making or keeping them happy. The product you have to offer and the quality you put out there will attract them. But then you might need a little more extra to keep them happy and come back.
 
To offer your customers an excellent service, you should know every aspect of the product or service you are selling. Ideally, you will be able to discuss its features and uses, show your customers the advantages they get from using your product or service and troubleshoot anything that is not working correctly.
 
When customers have problems, concerns and complaints, they call customer care representatives in varying moods. Because upset people sometimes have a more difficult time communicating clearly, those in charge of customer care must speak, listen and evaluate well. They need the ability to decipher a customer's concerns and effectively communicate the procedure for dealing with them.

They will suggest things (like their promos, new arrivals, best sellers, etc), of course they do that so that they can increase the sales of their company, and so that they can have an incentive or commission. Often, most customers fall into this kind of hypnotism, which even inside them is not really what they want and that is not the reason they go there. Businesses need more than a good product or service to attract customers and keep them coming back for more. Good customer care encourages loyalty and makes customers want to spread the word about a company's offerings. A company's ability to provide a satisfying customer care experience typically depends on the strengths and weaknesses of its employees
