A toxic boss is always a frustrating boss is to always try to be at your best at all times because there's nothing you will do to always satisfy him ,,so you need to be working hard.The best way to deal with a toxic boss is to always follow instructions and never be found one thing by this bus so that you won't have the cause to have argument with such boss.
Well, do you really think it is necessary to talk to them ? because I believe it will not work, the reason why they are behaving that way is because they are naturally toxic . What do you want them to change if it is their normal character ?Sometimes a lot of toxic bosses do not even know that what they are doing is wrong and they just think that they are trying to motivate people and become strict. Talking to them in a count on is definitely going to go a long way.
