Well, making money is not the only top priority a business owner should have. A business owner should also focus on making a great business environment so that the employees could feel much safer.

I can be motivated by a lot factors to start a business. However, I think the first objective would be profit making. The next might be customer satisfaction and creation of jobs for other people.
