Would you rather hire a manager to run your site, or would you rather do that all yourself. It would be cheaper to run yourself, but sometimes having a manager gives you more time to devote to other work and sites being worked on. I like the idea of hiring someone soon to run a couple of my sites. I just need a break and I think this would be a great idea.

Hiring a manager means your site is generating a lot of money and you can afford to pay the manager. However, for small website owners this is simply not possible because small websites are small because they are not earning much.

It depends on the number of staff I have, if it's a small business with just 2 to 3 staff then I'll rather run it myself, but if more and I'm busy then I'll get a manager but getting trustworthy people to run your business may sometimes be difficult.

If your site is primarily a business site, an online store for instance, I thing hiring a manager to run the site can be really beneficial because you will have someone to take care of everything when you are away or doing other things

I will only hire a manager if my time would earn me more returns elsewhere. If you can justify the salary you are giving your manager, then you should actually go ahead and hire one. It all depends on your cost-benefit analysis. A manager is supposed to clear your schedule so that you can better invest your time an energy elsewhere.

If you at generating more income in your company , it is adviseable to hire a manager to oversee the affairs in your sites for you because a manager knows better than you and will manage the site very well but if you don't have much , its better to oversee your sites yourself.

When it comes to professional dealings its safer to hire a manager for your site. Someone who already is into the field car handle it more than a novice except you are also enlightened in same field

It depends On what I'm doing at the moment. If I'm engaged on multiple business choice online and offline, and have very minimal chance to take care of my website, then I'll consider hiring a website to manage it for me, by paying him or her as usual.

Running a sites yourself or hiring someone to run it for you depends on some certain conditions or let me say factors. If you don't really know how to run a website either by marketing or by other means then it's advisable to hire an expert. Likewise if you don't have time then you can hire someone too.

Hiring a manager is a step up in business, when your business get to some certain level, it is important to bring in an expert that will manage your business clients and to offer more quality services to your customers. And also it is another form of business expansion and new ideas that will come will definitely help in bringing in more clients.

If the sites have already been doing great, then it would be good to get a manager if you want to take a step away from the responsibility.

The key is to know how to choose a good manager, then make sure you always supervise the work well.

Its depends on the individual... if the owner know deep secret on how to run it successfully i think that's the best thing to do but if its the vice versa i think its better to higher a professional who will teach and at same time run the site just that it might be costly.

I would prefer to manage my own if it is not busy websites as it saves money and you can manage it easily rather than having two people to manage the websites and you don't need to worry about management. It also saves money too.

I would prefer to hire capable hands to help manage my business if I can. It'll give me enough time to think and do so many other things that can help make progress especially in other areas outside that particular business. It could be another business

Thanks for explaining in a simpler way, if you are hiring means you are making a lot of money and the site is big to the extent that you cant handle it alone, then you need a site manager , but if its a small business enterprise which you can handle alone, then you don't need to hire a manager

One thing you should know is that you is you when you give some me one side me thing to do my dear any how you see it you take because you are not the system working and you will still pay him or her. So my dear no I e can play your role more than you so iT is good for you to do the job

It all depends on my capital, if I have much morning I'll prefer having a manager to help me run the site. Than running the site on my own

Depending on my schedules, I would rather I run it myself. Buy if I were the busy type of person, I would simply and quickly get a manager for the job

If your site is just a blog site, you may not be required to hire a manager, Instead you can hire a virtual assistant when ever you want something to be done, either writing, or marketing.

I think I would prefer to manage it myself and hire someone to just help in some other stuff. You know how forum admins usually hire moderators? That is what I would do. They don't have full control of the site but they help out in some things for I know that I may not manage to do it all myself.
