Well for me it doesn't really matter which one what matters is the offer I get amd the better one would definitely be the option , a big company might have more perks too compared because of the amount used to run such

Yes, it's the pay for me, I would work if the incentives are attractive, but it has to be work that is under my capability.

As long as the incentive that have been paid as something that is very good I don't see the reason why anyone should have been taken up such offers because you have to work the way you want to live more money for yourself.

The stress that comes with working in a big company is the main reason why I'm not comfortable working there because there are so many cases of abuse of staffs.

I agreed that the more established companies pay higher than the newly established once but I just cited a case of mine getting a higher paid job in a new gambling company.

But generally there is likely to be a good and stable payment if you are working for bigger companies. And also in most occasion bigger company are likely to treat their employees perfectly.

That is not really a point of consideration to some people , as long as they will be promoted if the business stabilize a lot of people are willing to take the risk . afterall promotion comes with a certain degree of advantage.
