Would you ever join a new startup?

Is just better if you start the business at first, take all the risk to stand the business. If you pass the first faze of challenges, with many strategies and determination to carry on. Their is every possibility for your business to last long.

Concerning if I would ever join a new start up. Well, I would say that there is nothing bad to joining a new start up business especially when you see potentials,good dealings and trust in the business.

It doesn't really matter whether a company is an existing one or a new one, I can work there as long as the working condition is okay for me and the company itself is in alignment with me. Mist of the times I prefer starting up with a new organization.

Taking a job in a startup is not a bad idea especially if there is an opportunity to explore ur full potential and help the company achieve it strategic objectives. But if u feel taking up the job will further hinder u from achieving ur full potential then I think is better to turn it down.

Exactly, every great company or organization started from somewhere, they where once small, they where once new. The reasons why most people might not want to join a new organization is based on the fact that they cannot wait, they are impatient to actually wait and watch the company grow, they would rather go for the already made ones.

Its good to join a new start up because joining a new business start up which is sill fresh will still fetch money because the business is still making money and its getting more popular.

It is good to join a new startup because it helps you to know the beginning and origin of that business and weed that you can be able to manage it effectively.

YEs in as far as i see signs of growth and believe in the business that as plans not just for its growth but also the staff working in it. so yes i can have that patience with an upcoming company. There just has to be movement or progress that I can notice without having doubt in them
