Working on a team, or by yourself?

Do you prefer working in a team or working by yourself? Is this suited to the type of work that you do?

It depends on the nature of work. If is what I can do alone in due time, I will do it alone but if its very complex or enormous I would need the help others to accomplish it. Division of labour makes work easy and faster.
