The work you are doing will determine if you will be working alone or working with people as a team , if you are a freelancer or working on a forum site , then that means you will be working alone but if you are working in a company then you will be working as a team .

You're right about that. I think it's the nature of the business you want to do that would determine whether or not you would be working alone. Employees in companies will definitely have to work as a tram and in harmony.
