When employees speak up on a particular issue, project or risk at work do managers even care to listen!
What good is there to having meetings involving your employees, asking for advice on a certain project, asking what could be improved in the company, if you’ll just end up doing it your way? Sure, as a manager, you need to be able to make a decision and settle matters but listening to your employees at all time makes a difference. When decision making is inclusive, employees do their best to achieve the company's aim. If otherwise, they quit their job and look for a company that respect their views and listen to employees complains and contribution.

When the corporate bureaucracy starts moving towards career advancement, top employees often leave. Managers may understand the "red tape" mentality, but some good ideas, such as not talking about flexible work arrangements, can be offensive.

Lack of a Clear Vision
A clear and well-communicated vision is imperative. If an organization fails to communicate its goals employees can soon lose drive and direction. If there is an absence of vision, people may look for inspiration in a different organization.

Some of the reasons why this happen is that truthfully employers are always ready to use their employeEs to their satisfaction while at the end of the day being paid a penny. Also, some employers see their employees as slaves to use anyhow

In most cases the problem stems from a conflict of interest in corporate goals. Some employers might prefer if their staff are stagnated career wise which would definitely not sit well with some. And when this comes to the fore it becomes a big problem and then some might decide to leave. It could also be a case of poor pay, and when you ask for an increase it becomes problematic.

One thing is that all individual wants to be heard and carried along in a business. An employee who is part of a company personnel is entitled to be given a chance in company's decision making.

Some company lose their employee based on several reasons, one it is low salary, a situation whereby a company is paying is staff a very low rate of salary, that can not be sufficient enough for the so-called staff to save at the end of the month or be enough to incur the expenses of the staff throughout the days of the working period between the said date for salary.
Some might be to that high level of workforce or multitasking job whereby there is no particular description of the job you are meant to stick on the different job always.

One thing about good employees who have got potentials is the fact that they always want to be given attention, what I mean by this is that, they want their contributions to be considered. When they are being sidelined, that's when they would leave the job.

Well that is why I think companies should create an environment and atmosphere for a particular employee to thrive and grow when the employees do well it means more money for the company , so why not create the best environment for them.

Any employee never leaves a good company.
But sometimes good companies put so much workload on employees so it the reason that good workers may leave the good companies .
I some cases they get good salary from any other company

Many companies have lose it because of their too much self confidence. Most of them thing because they've become big and well established then they don't need to take care of their customers any longer and they treat them anyhow. In no time those customers will begin to leave their business for another place.

The main reason why most of the companies losses their best employees is their management. It's because they can't give them the facilities they deserve and don't listen to their issues. Even if we are employees we still need respect and if one don't receive that will decide to leave.

I believe company loose their best employee when they don't value their efforts and their work rate and as a company you're to award your best employees with a gift or increase their salary, with this you will not loose your best employee

@Nicklas22 I agree with you on this. But not necessarily with a gift or increase their salary. Best employees should be recognized and appreciated even with words. A word of appreciation will encourage them to do more.

As one who is working at a place where I have seen the top guys leave, it has got me thinking on what is wrong. Well, with time I knew. The fact that the boss always want to have his way, no proper communication with the employees and the remuneration is not encouraging either. So the top guys and the lower guys are demotivated are always looking for ways to leave for better and greener pastures.

Why companies loose their best employee are owned to two main reason. Number one is that, most companies do not value the employee over a lot of years, due to over familiarities. They tend to reduce the opportunity that the employee deserves. And two, is better offer somewhere else. The attitude of the company might trigger the employee to go elsewhere for greener pastures.

Large firms can often mistakenly assume that a strong salary and benefits package is enough to engage their best talent ... Failure to provide a clear career path with the company can soon lead to disengagement.

Greed and inability to provide good working condition for employees most times make the company lose their best of members of staff. thus has been known to be very detrimental to many companies and it's a bad thing

since the best workers/Employees need to be pushed… when you work some place quite a while you get exhausted on the grounds that you know it all… incredible personalities need to be tested and should guarantee change to develop. So if the work doesn't s challenge the worker will look for that want somewhere else.

It's very important and imperative for business or company manager to know how to listen to complain and suggest of a employees, a manager needs to be allowing a employees to contribute to a situation by making observation when they are having meeting.
