Why are you hiring only experienced staff?

Many businesses are always on the lookout for the experience. Most times when you look at an ad for a job, the experience is usually one of the prerequisites for applying.

Inexperienced applicants will never have the chance to acquire the experience if they never get hired. What is your take on that?

I have been in the position of a recruitment manager and I'll tell you why, most times we want the jobs done with little or no supervision, we don't have the resources to train a new staff and possibly want faster results
 
Experience is a vital requirements when recruiting labor force. No employer would want to place an employee in a position without trust on the employee. Moreover this helps the company saves cost of training new recruits.
 
Very right, the experienced ones didn't get it doing nothing, they got the experience from working so if the fresh applicants are not hired, there is no way they'd get the required knowledge.
I think companies and businesses should employ more of the fresh graduates and then create trainings for them.
 
Why would I spend money on people who do not have skills, knowledge, and experience? Experienced means the person has knowledge and skills, he can make your business successful. Inexperienced people do have have enough knowledge and skills to make your business successful
 
Most business because of the payment, feel those receiving the payment should be capable of Carrying our a task without any difficulty. The experienced can be trusted with a duty but the inexperienced would need time and attention to carry out a duty. But they should also be given time on the job to help them improve.
 
Experience people are the one that will do the business you are offering them to do perfectly because they have an underlying understanding of that business that is why a lot of companies and business organisation hire someone with experience on computer or other field they are interested in.
 
Hiring of experienced and professional people can hit the ground running with little to no training.they have skills and knowledge to make your business successful.. Experienced person always help to grow up the business
 
Because experience staff tend to give you best results that you are looking for without not talking too much. When you deal with experience staff you knew already that you are dealing with professional so you don't need much talk.
 
It's like this @Keibah , for a while I was looking for a job and the same thing always happened to me. Until I go to work in a bank, because they have a study institute and there they send students as interns, which is valid as experience, the above allowed me to enter as an employee. Then I got another job with previous experience in the area.
 
I will say the importance of experienced person in a business can not be overemphasized. Only experienced hands can run a business to the desired success level. So I don't buy the idea of employing inexperienced hands in a business. That is my opinion.
 
If you own a business, why hire an incompetent staff over one who is competent and can move your business forward? When you answer these questions then you know why companies will always prefer an experienced person over those who are not experienced. As for the inexperienced staff they can be hired to understand the experienced ones.

An organization has one opening. They will fill it with one individual. They will pick the individual they believe is destined to work effectively for them. You don't have any insight however you're overly sharp. The other candidate has insight and is likewise sharp. That makes the other candidate a more secure choice.

What you need is something to top the scales back in support of yourself. Either a danger alleviation (volunteer insight or comparative) or something different that makes you alluring (willing to chip away at more things or for less compensation, or with an alternate expertise that could profit the business).

I think we should hire a experienced staff because a experience staff should grow up your business and give huge profit. If we hire inexperienced staff the we gain loss ni business. I also suggest you to hire a experienced staff for your business.
 
No one wants to stress him or herself talking or supervising all the time. They just need and experience staff. But only the experience staff can't do the job alone, you still need the less experience ones too to make the job very fast.
 
We are hiring experienced staff just because two to run the business according to the rule of business experience staff has lot of advantages like they know that how to work there how to add turn and how to perform the the work experienced staff always give the best result and award to the company but we should consider an experienced staff as well we should try to motivate them help them encourage them and taste them how to work on business issues so I think experience staff should take in consider the and experienced staff and make them motivated.
 
If you are running a big business and you want to hire a people, I think to be looking for employee is to come and work for you, not to be come and do a practical. It's only small business that will hire a I people not a big business. Because big business will need a experience person that will add more value to their company.
 
Since we are constantly heading into a skill-dominated market, clever recruiters should take advantage of the ability to find talented applicants by finding talents who battle against more subtle biases.
