I will first sit them down and ask them why they no longer perform like they used to in the past. If they failed to come up with a strong reason, I am going to fire them before the effect other people with their working behaviour.Have you seen an increase in concerns about customer service? It might be time to consider growing your employees if you have found that you are struggling to provide stellar customer service. No organization can afford to alienate current clients or disregard potential new ones.

That is true that when the company can no longer meet up or when the workload is too much for employees to handle then you know that there is need for more hands and your organisation and the director will do his best by employing more handsIt is basic knowledge that in business it is always bound that you are going to receive some kind of growth in the future and when this happens you should be crazy to expand your workers.
As a business manager you do not have to keep unproductive people in your business, you really need to suspend them and hire people you think we'll be able to work properly into your business.It can be a waste of time money and resources when you keep those that are not productive in your company and hire more just to increase the output. This action will tell on the profit of a company at the end of the day.

Yes as an enterpreneur when you realise that you are employee can no longer handle the workload for your organisation then you know it is writing for you to employing new workers another to improve the output of the organisation.You should always make sure that your employees are given jobs that fits into their skill set so as to get the best out of their proffesional service that way than putting them where they don't belong
