When your employees can't handle the works already, then it's time to hire more.

It is basic knowledge that in business it is always bound that you are going to receive some kind of growth in the future and when this happens you should be crazy to expand your workers.

Have you seen an increase in concerns about customer service? Maybe these complaints include distribution difficulties, refunds and so on? Sadly, an ineffective workforce may lead to more customers slipping through the cracks or the loss of potential customers whose inquiries go unrecognized. It might be time to consider growing your employees if you have found that you are struggling to provide stellar customer service. No organization can afford to alienate current clients or disregard potential new ones.

I will first sit them down and ask them why they no longer perform like they used to in the past. If they failed to come up with a strong reason, I am going to fire them before the effect other people with their working behaviour.

That is true that when the company can no longer meet up or when the workload is too much for employees to handle then you know that there is need for more hands and your organisation and the director will do his best by employing more hands
 
It can be a waste of time money and resources when you keep those that are not productive in your company and hire more just to increase the output. This action will tell on the profit of a company at the end of the day.
 
For me I would have let go of all the workers that I feel are not adding to my business and after doing that where there are lapses I will get all the people who are competent enough to cope
 
The financial position of the company also plays a role in this. If you can't afford more staffs, then you can try increasing the wage of your already existing staffs. It will motivate them to work harder.

As a business manager you do not have to keep unproductive people in your business, you really need to suspend them and hire people you think we'll be able to work properly into your business.
 
This is a good observation from you. If a business is doing well and it's requiring the Business owner to expand the Business for more growth, definitely the Business will definitely be required to hire more hands

I think it's time for you to add more employees in your business.

You should always make sure that your employees are given jobs that fits into their skill set so as to get the best out of their proffesional service that way than putting them where they don't belong

Yes as an enterpreneur when you realise that you are employee can no longer handle the workload for your organisation then you know it is writing for you to employing new workers another to improve the output of the organisation.
 
Increased work load doesn't always require employing a new face. Sometimes your employees just need to work smart to solve this problem. Employees will always want more people to share their work load. Yes, some people are downright lazy. It depends on the owner or manager to strictly monitor the job and decide if more hands are needed.
Some business requires more people during their season. Hiring on a contract basis for that boom period is reasonable.
 
An increase in a product man power is equivalent to an increase in productive profit,as long as business is concern if there is alot of man power then I feel there will be more yeild in product and gain
 
If a business can afford it, it would be best to hire more workers. However there are many cases where an abundance of workers makes them lazy and some employers try to avoid that but not hiring more.

There's no argument in this but then there's one thing I'll like us to understand, although I stand to be corrected. If an employee that is not good but strong for the job is been sent to acquire that knowledge and be back, he'll be far better, because you will impact and he will learn a new thing.🙏
