When your employees can't handle the works already, then it's time to hire more.

This is very true as it would help keep your workers fresh and prevents them from overworking their self which in turn leads to an increase in productivity of the establishment. Upon realizing there is a shortage of staffs in some areas of the establishment, the human resources department should immediately swing into action conducting recruitment exercises.

You don't only just go ahead and hire more, you got to first fire the ones that are not delivering, then you get them replaced by some other people capable for the job
 
This should be something of a great happiness because obviously your business company is improving ,than the services and the workforce need to be upgraded, yes you really need to hire more as this is a sign of improvement in a business organization.

If your employee cannot handle the work very well you have the right to employ some worker who can handle the work very well as you want.
 
Sometimes, poor customer service is not as a result of low numbers of staff it might be due to the large numbers of incompetent staff that works with the company. Bringing in more incompetent staff will still be a disaster to the business customers services.
 
You are rather trying to put it mildely or less painful. When your staffs aw not getting things right in the business, it is time you get them fired and recruit new ones before the business suffers
 
It's a known fact that business is about strategy, how to sell and how to buy how many employees to start with and how many more should be employed at a particular time.
 
this is definitely a sign that your business is really growing and expanding and as such you should be able to hire more workers in order to facilitate workflow.
 
It is not at all time that you bring in more employees to your work. If you think your customer service is poor, you need to first check the quality and capability of those staff charged with the responsibility to know if they needed more hands to join them or they are just unfit for the job.
 
You are very correct. An effective workforce will be the business owners undoing if not adequately tackled and managed before it gets out of hand. Imagine a staff of yours who fights your customers and would be customers. This me, your business will be doomed
That is true when the employee that you have cannot be able to handle the work load in your organisation then you need to hire more employees for the organisation.
 
Once the work load becomes too much for the current employees to handle, it simply means more hands are needed. Clearly the company should be able more hands. If you decide to start over working the current staff, there would be a reduce in production quality and quantity.
 
Before he begins with hiring more employee, you need to fire the ones that are not contributing to the development of the company. This will ensure that you are not over spending on paying salaries of the employees which can affect the balance sheet at the end of the days.
 
As a business is growing,there is always a need to expand your work force. If the work load is too much for your employees,it reduces the productivity of the employees which will in turn affect the services your customers receive.

Have you seen an increase in concerns about customer service? Maybe these complaints include distribution difficulties, refunds and so on? Sadly, an ineffective workforce may lead to more customers slipping through the cracks or the loss of potential customers whose inquiries go unrecognized. It might be time to consider growing your employees if you have found that you are struggling to provide stellar customer service. No organization can afford to alienate current clients or disregard potential new ones.

a serious organisation that is desirious of growth will alway do everything possible to satisfy the customers and this could be hiring more hands to do the job.I remember i job we once did for a telecom outfit,we have to be engaged to delineate and distribute products to wholesales persons in some selected areas when the staff on ground could no longr handle the demand of the job.

There is a huge difference between ineffective workers and excess work load . If it is the later hiring new workers is ideal but for the former , it shows that the workers are not competent.
 
Of course that is the time to hire more if they can not handle it because it's a sign of growing in the business and you need to act fast to keep it growing.

You are very correct. I do not submit to employing more staff because some staff are incompetent. If some staff are not up to the tasks of the business, they need to be replaced with another staff not adding more staff.

That is true that when your employee can not undo the available work then you will know that you need more hands to the work in order to boost more efficiency.
