When your employees can't handle the works already, then it's time to hire more.

You are right about this, you need to provide excellent customer service and when your employees can't handle this anymore, you have to get more hands. You have to check though maybe you are not treating them well enough.

Customer service is one of the most important aspects when it comes to business. You should not compromise and be responsive whenever a customer needs you because customers are one of the major pillars on which the foundations of a business stands.

At a point where the work load is much more than the work force what is required at this point is more work force to be deployed. So it is very necessary to employ more employees to enhance the work load.
 
If your employee is not handling your business or your company as normal you have the every right to hire another employee, that can handle it very well.

Most times, organisations encounter a lower employee to client ratio. Poor customer service may be due to this, a situation where there are very few employees to attend to so many customers. It is best if the organization employs more staff instead of losing customers.
 
Paraventure a worker is no longer able to handle his or her own part of the work, then I think the right thing is to get more hands, but not sack the existing worker though, so that they can work hand in hand just as someone already mentioned above. With this, I think the business will continue in growth as no work is left undone.
 
If there is no other way to maximize their work rate, then it is high time I got another employee or employee to work with me. That is the sole purpose of all business and it is to expand in capacity to provide the best services.

A wise manager is always ahead of situations and this one you've painted is a very clear example. Once you're not abreast of what's happening you will begin to experience retrogression.

when I first read this post I think how can you fire someone when the work is too much for him its better you attached someone to help him with some of the work rather than firing him but if he become so lazy and cant cope with the business then he can get sack
 
exactly.when your employees can't handle the work it means it's time to hire new skilled once.many employees need to be educated, when they are educated they will run the business smoothly.

The goal of every entrepreneur is to expand, this does not require he/she to be available always or there. Therefore such person need a capable persons to carry out such duties and if the person available can do that then it's time to hire capable hands

Exactly, it's why most entrepreneur make sure they hire the best employee to work for them and in that so doing, they have maximum effectiveness in their work.
 
I will use one of the banks I bank with as an example. The customer service desks is always occupied even though they have about three attending to customers. They will have customers form a very long que and that causes traffic in the bank. In such case, they are to employ more people and expand the place.

This is actually the mistake a lot of people make when they are facing difficulty at their workplace they just go and quit when they don't have a better alternative that they're going to use to replace their earning when they stop working.
 
Truth. Yes, sometimes I watch some organization trying to manage few staff for many job roles.
The effect might prompt the organization to review their policy and recruit more workers.
 
That is the best thing for every business organisation to do but some of them will not do it but will Rather look for a way on how to manage the available staff, this always lead to overworking, lack of coordination and failure to deliver good quality products or services.

Yeah, hiring more workers truly reduces work stress for your existing employees. That way, they can be productive and efficient in their work. That is how you improve productivity in a company; by having effective workers.
 
As soon as a business starts to grow, it becomes time for the owner to get more hands. Inasmuch as few competent hands can handle large responsibilities, there is only so much they can handle if the business expands very quickly.
