What's the difference between a successful manager and a failed manager??

A succesful manager always have the best interest of the company and its staff at heart, he tends to follow the rules and regulation laid down by the company to succeed while a fail manager always act up on his own accord.
You have already shared the basic difference between a successful manager and unsuccessful business manager,successful manager tends to control everything I an orderly manner in the business,and vice versa.

You have made some very good points, I think a lot of qualities differentiate a good manager from a bad manager. It all comes down to characteristics, some managers don't care for the business, they are malicious, selfish and corrupt.

A fail manager at the same time will always like to blame other employees for the mistake they have done even for the bad management they are doing , they won't even like to carry everyone along but they always decide to do everything on their own.. they are just untalented business runners.
 
A failed manager is always cunning and they have the ability of shifting the blame for failing to their workers instead of taking the blame as the boss, they decide the future of the organisation on their own instead of carrying others along.
