That is a very good points, and I also think a successful manager is one who work tirelessly to see the advancement and achievement of the business, while unsuccessful manager the opposite is the case.

The success of a business is measured directly by the amount of profit the company garnered. Simply put, a successful manager makes profit for the business while a failed manager makes no profit for the business.

A successful manager has the best interest of the organization at heart and can go extra miles to get things done, unlike a failed manager that only cares about instant gain.

You have already shared the basic difference between a successful manager and unsuccessful business manager, successful manager tends to control everything I an orderly manner in the business, and vice versa.

A successful manager cares about other people and consider their inputs while unsuccessful manager careless about others and is all about him/herself.

✔️Successful Manager: He watches you and advises you.
Failed Manager: Spying on you.

✔️Successful manager raises ideas.
❌ Failed manager raises nerves.

✔️Successful manager: His words are kind and polite.
Failed manager: his words are wrong and rude.

✔️Successful Manager: He wants people who suggest and develop.
❌ Failed manager: He wants individuals who submit to orders and do not discuss.

✔️Successful Manager: He directs you according to your abilities.
Failed Manager: He directs you according to his mood.

✔️ Successful manager: He treats people as human beings.
Failed manager: He treats them as his workers.

✔️Successful manager: interested in hearing your opinion of the work.
Failed Manager: He is interested in hearing your opinion about him.
The only difference between a succesful and a failed manager is that a succesful manager is high working hard , advises his staff, treats them like him an being and gives them emotional support, tell you to advise him whenever he is making a mistakes while a failed manager isnharsh and arrogant , does not listening advises.

I would like to comment about the last point. I do not think that most of the managers would like to hear the opinion of the employee. Most of the employers or managers would like their employees to hear and obey. Only in very rare cases, certain employers actually do hear and understand what their employees state.

A successful manager is distinguished by his high ability to plan as well as make appropriate plans in time And the place that helps the organization rise and development through these plans, in addition to keeping pace with the changes taking place in the business market. As for the failed manager, it is not

A successful manager is the one that carries the admiration and respect of all his staff members. He gets the job done, yes, and he gets the staff members happily doing the job.

A failed manager is a cruel taskmaster who gets the job done but leaves the workers with bruises, emotional heartaches and displeasure about the job.

This are great qualities that should be cultivated by a successful manager. If you have these qualities as a manager, it will help you to keep your company successful and you will be able to carry your employees along, it will help you to have a good relationship with them.

A successful manager and a failed manager.
1. A successful manager helps to manage his resources while a failed manager mismanage his own.
2. A successful manager his friendly but failed manager is unfriendly.
3. A successful manager seeks advice from his workers while a failed manager sees them as workers.
4. A successful manager treat them well and a failed manager get mad at them..

A Successful Manager will always want to hear opinions of other staffs for the uplifting of the Organization while a Failed Manager will never give room for advice or opinions of other staffs, also a Failed Manager will never support the staffs while a Successful Manager will

I like the last part about hearing the opinion of the employee on the work. The manager is the link between the workers and management. Even small things that the employee would discuss should be given value. In some factories here the workers are left to the care of the labor union which I think is the role of the manager.

Thanks, it is absolutely necessary for us to know the type of Managers we are employing into our business, even if we are to be the managers of a particular business organisation we still have to know and understand what a manager is meant to do.

A sucessful manager is the manager thats always friendly, seek advise from his workers , treats them well while a failed manager is always over confidence , insults and bully his workers and does not value their existence, incorrigible .

You see a successful manger trying to build his staffs so that they can get good output and productivity in the work place. But a failed manager will not be found doing this for his workers.

Adding to that, i think a good manager s manages his time well while a bad manager does not manage time well, when you met such people you will realise how they waste time when given the opportunity in meetings, not considering the next activities.

will say self improvement, there is no body who is perfect, even if you are a professional you can be perfect,a successful manager will listen to other staffs opinion and act in a well mannered way.

A successful manager always sees his staff as his family , treats them well and carry them along for a better turnover in the business, while a failed manager have a non challant attitude towards his staff.

Results is the difference between failed manager and successful manager. Successful manager do all it takes to bring results to the table. it takes a lot of discipline patience and hard work to become a successful manager.
