What's the difference between a successful manager and a failed manager??

There are set out rules a manager must follow, characteristics a good manager must posses. A failed manager is one who posses no such character

A good manager i a bridge between the management and the staff, a bad manager is a spy for the management and seeks opportunity to book workers even for petty mistakes.
 
There is no difference between this two people the reason for such assertions is because when you look critical you will discover that most of the successful managers today were once the failed managers but they try to learn from their mistakes which makes them successful.

The difference is not that something very much or confused to understand, a successful manager of a business is someone who will saves the company from lesser competition. While failure is inevitable.
 
Naturally, a successful Manager will never be feeling jealous of his subudinates if they achieve great results in their performance. But a failed Manager will get angry and hostile to such employee

I hope and wish we have so many companies managers on this platform to see this by themselves because most of them spy on their workers but not knowing they are a failure but they believe that's the best thing to do so they could get their workers to sack at the end.

Planning, Accuracy and organization in work, has the ability to make decisions, Ability to communicate, Consultation in decision and option.
 
These are all very good points, a succesful manager is also very organized and accurate wheareas a failed manager isnt

You are spot on , but sometimes one could still do all these things and yet still fail to be successful. There is a thin line between success and failure in business
 
The difference is not that much clear to some reasonable extent because to me I sees they both two as the same thing because I believe a manager can be a failure today an be a successful manager tomorrow depends on the situation and the level of his commitment.
 
One of the difference between a successful manager and the third one is experience. a successful manager has experienced different failures in the past but they are capable of overcoming them.

A successful manager always set a good example for the company in order for the staff to follow, a successful manager always make a good plan in order for the company to grow.
Sorry to disagree with you. A manager mustn't always lead by example. I have worked where a manager comes later than anyone, you can't question him. A manager is there to make you work well and accordingly
