When you have customers that are loyal to your business it is good to appreciate them from time to time. You can reward them by giving them discounts on what they purchase. You can also do free deliveries for the goods they purchased. You can also send appreciation messages.

Concerning the best ways to reward loyal customers. Well, I think there are ways to appreciate loyal customers of your business. You can offer them discount on the goods and products purchased by them , you can hand them a gift token at the end of the 6 months or a year, you can come up with a promo for the loyal customers. It depending on the size and capability of the business
 
There were times when brands gave out cars to their loyal customers. You can consider something of this nature as it makes them feel more appreciated.
 
Offering discounts for high-spending customers has been the norm for over two year. We keep doing this to show that we value their custom and to keeps them coming through our door to buy more. I have been planning to change the norm to something better.

Although discount is part of way of rewarding a loyal customer but I don’t think it’s the most important.The quality and quantity of goods must not reduce because that’s the most important thing that makes a loyal customer to be loyal
