Professionally speaking. becoming a manager requires does not need a specific age, but what we should consider here is the prerequisite knowledge, that can be acquired from professional training and courses. So at any age one has acquire such skill is what we need.

Exactly, because if one should look at age, there are so many persons that are more than qualified in terms of knowledge, skills and every other thing needed to be a manager but they are not up to the age.

Seriously, I would give a managerial position to anyone that young in age. He's not going to be able to handle the pressure that comes with the job. A manager to be should be at least 28 years upwards.
