PayPal does not support many countries due to the fact that those countries might be restricted by the USA government or the country's banking system might be faulty and does not agree with the terms and conditions of PayPal. Countries where corruption and money laundering are prevalent are not supported by PayPal either.

Well I believe a lot of people could I use it for a lot of illegal activities , I've heard it is possible for you to reverse back a transaction that has been sent into a PayPal account, most stammers could have used that as the best way of scamming people, they will send out the p and still reverse it back.

Paypal is a very popular payment processor, but it is rather unfortunate that it does not accept all countries. And this has really limited the earning of some people. Personally, I have come across some legit platforms that I would have earned from but PayPal payment option has been the hindrance. So it would make a whole lot of sense if they accept all countries so that some people can start earning as much as they supposed to. That is just my opinion though.

PayPal working functionally in every country in the world will be a dream come true , I have a PayPal but its not international but local I can only send money to everywhere in the world but cannot receive money from another country.

I can only use PayPal to make payment online I will never use it to receive my earnings. I can never trust people with my phone because they can limit any account at any point in time without giving you the reason. When this happens it might be difficult to retrieve your money.
