The social security number can be used in the elite countries. Here in my country you can either start business as an individual or go in partnership with someone. You'll only get license with a social security number when your business is a lucrative one, then the government can then charge your business to tax paying type.

Yeah you are right and most times taking action by oneself without anybody help have really helped some people bypass some kind of obstacle , and i think it should be one of the best business pattern to follow
 
I understand this to mean sole proprietorship. it's the best kind of business that me I believe in. It gives me a chance to be my own boss.
